This is, now that it has been assembled, a very complete and nearly pristine example of the OM model 00 size Waltham. This watch model was only made in the top American Watch Co. grade. The grade was most likely introduced in 1894, but it was not identified with a grade year like most Waltham grades because it had a singular size and grade.
