This 1894 model Riverside Maximus is from an early run and is a different configuration from the later runs. By the time the 1899 model 16 size was produced, the 1894 model Riverside Maximus was altered to the same plate design as the 1899 model. Later some lower grades of the 1899 model were made with the same plate design as this example.
