This is a large 61 mm deck watch made by Paul Buhre possibly for the Russian military. The stainless steel case is very nicely finished as is the movement. The serial  number 8568 appears on the back of the case and on the movement. The movement is not marked with the number of jewels, but appears to be 18 or 19 jewels.

The box is decorated paper/cardboard with a flocked lining and is not up to the quality of the watch itself.
