The Terry Clock Co. of Pittsfield was the last gasp of the Terry enterprises. It was financed by independent investors, but 3 of the Terry brothers worked for the company for a time. The name was first used by the Winstead, Connecticut incarnation of the company which had failed several years earlier.

This clock bears a dial marked for a Vermont retailer, Marshall of Rutland Vermont.
