Front, Dial, Back, Case Mark, Movement This nice little gold watch is an early example of a keyless lever watch. The style and mechanism are identical to the earlier examples without the Dent name. It is likely that this ebauche, at least, was built before the partnership with Dent was formed. Arnold entered into the partnership with Dent because the press of work was getting to be too much for him, so it is reasonable to assume that a substantial amount of unfinished work was in the shop.
