Front, Back, Dial, Cuvette, Hallmark, Inner case hallmark, Movement, View showing duplex escape wheel. This very interesting watch is from near the end of John Roger Arnold's career. At this time it is unlikely he was actually making watches, but he was still the force behind the production. This watch is hallmarked 1839 which was the next to last year of the Arnold and Dent partnership. It is likely that this watch was unsold in 1840 and was stock that was divided between the partners when the partnership was dissolved. There also exist examples signed only Dent with similar hallmarks.
