Front, Back, Case Signature, Movement in Case, Movement Closeup, Movement Signature, Inside Back This small Art Nouveau example is the latest of the Barraud & Lunds watches in the collection. This watch dates from the time the firm moved temporarily to "12 Bishop's Gate Within" from the earlier address of "14 Bishop's Gate Within" that they had when the catalog was published. The premises were temporary while the property was being renovated. The watch is not particularly high in quality, but has an unusually nice balance and a very attractive figure cast into the base metal case. It is clearly a Barraud product rather than a Swiss import. The raised barrel cover and the serial number 3/4799 are distinctive marks. The movement is not listed in the production from Preston in the Jagger book on Barraud.
