Front Dial Back Back Mark Cuvette Cuvette Mark Movement View 1 Movement View 2 This is a top of the line example of a timekeeper by the Non-Magnetic Watch Co. of America. The Non-Magnetic Watch Co. of Geneva made this watch and also made complicated watches on the same general plan. These watches are scarce in this grade although they are common in the lower grades. This example is the top grade in the 16 size. The other example is the top grade in an 18 size hunter. Paillard also supplied non-magnetic materials to other watch companies with the inclusion of the patent on the movement markings. The hairsprings and balances are also found in most of the top rated marine chronometers of the period from about 1895(?) on. |
