This watch is signed Benedict Brothers, New York but has Wilmot's patent regulator and other features that look like Patek. It might also be an Aggasiz movement. The lever setting is not typical of Patek nor are the case screws on the top plate. The case is a very nice, but unsigned 18K example. The serial number is 49399.
