It is likely that Fred sold quite a few of these little ladies' watches, but this is the first one I have seen. They would be pretty easy to overlook unless one were particularly interested in Fred McIntyre or the history of the Indian Territory.
The watch has the appearance of the Omega Regina line of watches that were widely sold as private label items. This is a medium grade example with 15 jewels and fits with the image of the store as a high end establishment.
