Interesting Elgin private label movement with cutout balance bridge. These are fairly scarce, but not terribly valuable. A neat watch. The case seems to have worn out where the case screw attaches. There are no extraneous marks that I can see. The case is a very heavy 6 oz coin silver case. If the case is original, the sale of the watch can be dated to 1876. I had read the name as "Keratzer" until another example showed up with more clear engraving of the name.
