This is the Seth Thomas Model 3 open face Henry Molineaux. It is a very nice watch but a bit less dramatic in appearance than the hunting case Model 2. This example has 17 jewels with cap jewels on the pallet arbor, but no center jewel. The pallet arbor is pivoted in the top plate which is unusual for a "3/4 plate" watch. The Waltham 1859 model (KW18) has a similar configuration.

The screw back and bezel case is not original and will likely be replaced with an appropriate hinged back and bezel case, when one can be found.
