Crest 900

I became infatuated with an identical example to this one at an auction, but could not bring myself to compete at the price that it eventually reached. Imagine my delight when this one showed up on the internet a few weeks later. Indeed it was being sold by a dealer who I personally know and trust.

I have only seen the case marking with the full Hamilton crest a few times and the examples have all been Grade 900 and Grade 950. It would be interesting to know more of the history of the crest marked cases.
